i always use frost and tip bleach, after its lightened i use punky colors. they have a huge selection of colors, i think they still have flamingo pink and cotton candy pink. punky isnt permanent, and washes out after a while, but it doesnt damage your hair and you can use the same little tub for multiple dyes. hope this helps. be careful when you bleach it so you dont leave it on too long. bleach is very damaging to your hair.
