if its permenant you cant but it its semi permenant use head ans shoulders shampoo and conditioner OR washing up liquid that works the best

I don't know if there is in your country a hair product company (only in coiffures) named vitality's. There is a product (color off) which can eliminate red color. Using this her highlights will become blonde. Then you can dye them close to her natural color.
