Her hair is like FLAMINGO pink. Very very bright... she seems to have very dark roots, and i dont "think" it was bleached first.

How would I get my very dark hair THAT pink? Without stripping or bleaching first.

to get it that bright, you would have to bleach it or strip it first, thats the only way to get vibrant color like that.

You cant. It has to be bleached for it to be bright.
