Best way to get my hair blonde and pink....?

My hair is a reddish brown, and I am wanting to go back to blonde with pink. What is the easiest way to go back to blonde? Should i strip my hair of hair color and then puot a blonde color after that? or should i try to bleach my hair and then put the pink highlights on top of that? What products do you suggest?

Okay what ever color you put on your hair b4 already messed up the color of your hair because it prelightens b4 it deposits color so stripping will leave you with orangey hair you can bleach and be fine just make sure you process all the way to a pale yellow blonde not "platinum" then if you want a different shade of blond tone it with the color you want. Then you can put in pink streaks. CAUTION: It will be very hard to rinse the pink out with out turning the blond hair pink too. blondes and shades of red are so hard to do together Look at it this way your hair is going to be very thirsty after you take its color out and as you rinse the pink out it will try to drink in the pink color molecules. I know clear as mud huh. this may be a project better left to a pro. anyway hope it helps!

use a color stripper first, i use color oops maximum strength, after that i could condition my hair for a week and bleach your with a maximum 30 vol. bleach, which if your hair was blonde before or is a naturally lighter color, you can use a 20 vol. and if it doesn't come out as light as you would like wait a week and bleach with a 20 vol. again or wait 2 weeks. that should do the trick
