No. Coloring your hair is damaging. Believe me, I know! I've dyed my hair every "natural" color except black! Luckily I got a lot of restoration treatments, so now my hair looks good again. But avoid dying your hair!

manic panic is a temporary die the colors don't hold very long in the hair. i used to use it when i had my mowhawk. i had to re-dye my hair every 4-5 days. i'd see about finding something better if you want it in longer then that. plus depending on your hair color you might have to strip the color out first then you have no choice but to continuously re-dye it or dye it back to your original color.

My brother uses it. It's a good dye. It helps your hair too. It helps it not go all stale from dying it alot... It just doesn't stay in very long..

if you sincerely need my advice. i would advice against it.for this reasons:

1, you are unique and there is no other you on the surface of the earth. there is no need changing you because it means will be no more you on earth.just remain yourself

2,the dye you are applying to your hair,no matter how environmental or human friendly it is would always have an adverse on your hair.why create problems for yourself that you don't have answers for.

just be yourself and you will be loved for you and not because you are someone else
