How do i add pink highlights into my hair with out messing up the blue coloring..??..?

my hair as we speak is blue and i would like to add more color so i found this hot pink die and its wik'd kool.. but i dont want to mess up my blue or put to much pink then needed .. i dont want to go to an hair salon cuz im new to usa and i really dont trust many fingers in my hair .. not by these wanna be hollywood hair stylist

Your hair would have to have been bleached already to be the bright blue, however if you want the pink you're going to have to decide where you want the pink streaks. Once you've decided take those strips and bleach them again using foil, wrap the strip of hair in foil so that it doesn't touch your blue and accidently bleach your blue hair too! (The foil also helps the color to bleed into your hair better) Once you've done that put the pink dye into the bleached strips, again using foil. %26amp;That should be it, good luck!

depends how dark the blue is, you might get away with putting little bits straight over the top of the blue. If not buy some blonde hair dye and just add it to the parts that you want to be pink. Goodluck.

You would have to bleach out the pieces you wanted to be pink, or they will turn violet. In foil so you don't mess up the blue.
